Cesar answered the phone quickly and with a friendly attitude. He seemed professional and listened to my entire situation. It turns out I didn't need a general contractor so he kindly referred me to the appropriate service. So while I can't speak towards their final product personally: I had an excellent experience over the phone and will certainly call them up if I do need a contractor!
